Friends of Willapa National Wildlife Refuge invites you to be a sponsor for the Wings Over Willapa Festival!  It is a Festival designed to bring birders, nature-lovers, and outdoor enthusiasts together for a weekend of stimulating fun! 

We conduct guided tours by foot, trolley, passenger vehicle and motorboats. Nature workshops and classes are also planned.  Local artwork will be displayed and painting classes available as well. 

All activities are available for everyone: from beginning birders to seasoned pros, kids to adults, residents and visitors alike. 

The highlight on Saturday evening is a dinner, silent auction, and keynote speaker.

Because the Long Beach Peninsula has so many wonderful people and businesses, we want to get as many involved as possible.

Our programming is held at multiple locations on the Peninsula, providing the opportunity for residents and visitors to see local business.  Being a Festival Sponsor is an added boost to getting support for your business or organization!

Sponsorship Tiers include:

 

Individual Tier - $10 to $99:

You will be acknowledged in the Friends’ Newsletter.

Tier 1 - $100:

You, your business/organization will be acknowledged in the Friends’ Newsletter, website, and social media lists. 

Tier 2 - $250: 

You, your business/organization will be acknowledged in the Friends’ Newsletter, website and social media lists; and sponsor one of the weekly Facebook special features. 

Tier 3 - $500: 

You, your business/organization will be acknowledged in the Friends’ Newsletter, website and social media list; sponsor one of the weekly Facebook special features; be mentioned in printed material; and placed on the Festival poster.

Tier 4 - $750: 

You, your business/organization will be acknowledged in the Friends’ Newsletter, website and social media list; sponsor one of the weekly Facebook special features; be mentioned in printed material; placed on the Festival poster; placed on Festival t-shirt/sweatshirt; and receive 2 tickets to the Saturday evening dinner/silent auction/keynote program.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Our festival is a “rain or shine” event, with exception for extreme weather conditions that require cancellation for the safety of the trip.  Wings Over Willapa reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason, and you will receive a full refund for any paid event which we cancel and cannot provide an acceptable substitution.  Registrant cancellations before September 12th will be refunded with $10 processing fee per registrant.   No refunds for cancellations after September 12th.
