THIS IS A 2019 EVENT! PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER THIS YEAR FOR 2020 REGISTRATION DETAILS, OR JOIN OUR FACEBOOK GROUP!

Learn about some of the varied habitats found at Willapa National Wildlife Refuge! Master Naturalist Rebecca Lexa will lead a walk around the South Bay Unit of Willapa National Wildlife Refuge off 95th Street. You’ll get to see grasslands, riparian habitat, mixed-conifer forest and, perhaps best of all, the restored tidal wetlands along Tarlatt Slough, all with running commentary on the ecology of each place.

  • Meets at the Tarlatt Unit parking area along the east end of 95th at the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge sign
  • Limited to 15 participants
  • Must be a registered attendee of Wings Over Willapa

PLEASE NOTE: One checkout per mailing address; include the full names of all registrants.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Our festival is a “rain or shine” event, with exception for extreme weather conditions that require cancellation for the safety of the trip.  Wings Over Willapa reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason, and you will receive a full refund for any paid event which we cancel and cannot provide an acceptable substitution.  Registrant cancellations before September 12th will be refunded with $10 processing fee per registrant.   No refunds for cancellations after September 12th.
